Delay between physical button press and dashboard update

Dear,

I have 14 shelly devices (2.5, dimmer, RGBW) around the house.
They all work with a physical button and also can be controlled from within HA.

All works good except there is a delay (upto 25 sec) when i press a physical button untill i gets updated in my HA dashboard. Is there a workaround to get a realtime update when pressing the button to show the changed state in the dashboard ?

Or am I just being stupid ?

Hope someone could clear this out for me (first time setting up a HA environment)

Do you use the native shelly integration, shellyforhass or mqtt ?

For now I have the default integration, I have the shelly’s connected through MQTT but not setup in HA.
