Delete database?

Hi
During upgrades, my database seems destroyed, the updater tries to add and remove foreign keys and it fails.
I’ve tried multiple things, also with help from the discord.
But still no solution.
I don’t really feel like putting time into troubleshooting, I just want the fastest solution.

Can I restart the database? How? Just drop tables?
What info would be better to backup? (I don’t care about sensor values and states and history).

Will I run into troubles as my installation is still finishing an update?

Fyi, I use MariaDB

If you don’t mind loosing your historical data, just delete home-assistant_v2.db

I forgot to mention I use a dB server. So I’d have to drop the tables.

Hmm…ok…
Just for information, In the past I also had issues, it turned out my MySQL was not compatible anymore; I had to upgrade it before HA was able to connect again :thinking:
