I have an issue with HACS Ecowitt Integration.
I can’t delete it. In browser console it shows HTTP 500.
Rebooted several times - migrated back to HA 2023.4 - nothing possible.
Can anyone please advise? I did change nothing - Ecowitt just stopped working with HA.
We can put it directly as resolved. I was able to activate again and then install the new Version of Ecowitt because I previously removed HACS Integrations regardless of the warning. This worked and new integration runs, old could also be removed.
I have the same problem but don’t know how you solved it.
- I have removed the custom integration in HACS
- I have disabled the integration under setting/integrations
- I can not delete the integration (nothing happens)
- I can not add a new integration (it fails with “Config flow could not be loaded: {“message”:“Invalid handler specified”}”) - it still says provided by custom integration
Can anyone tell me how to manually remove the old integration?
Update: even though I had removed the integration in HACS, there was still a config/custom_components/ecowitt
folder. Deleting it and restarting Home Assistant allowed me to delete the integration and then add the official one.
