Delete old/ghost devices (and entities)

I’m a new HA user. HA supervised on Raspbian.
I’m looking to clean my devices and entities lists. It’s seems there are devices twice or sometimes more. (And entities linked to devices too…)
There are zwave devices but also tcp/ip devices to my router.
I tried to manually manage :
/config/.storage/core.device_registry
/config/.storage/core.entity_registry
by checking devide id and entity id that I would like to delete but devices and entities still there.
Ex : 4 times device

I looked this topic below, it’s closed but I didn’t understand the way to solve my problem.

Up for this,
I had removed the mosquito MQTT database through ssh using this tutorial

But some of the device entities are still stay in HA, it must be stored somewhere in HA db right?

I wish to have one button resync all device profile instead of delete on by one
