Deleted integration wants to update

Hi,
I have deleted some integrations since I use Home Assistant and they don’t appear anymore in my integrations list.
But some of them still want to update anyway, here the Roborock integration (I don’t have Roborock robot anymore):

How ca I stop these from popping on my parameters ?

Start with rebooting base system. Not just HA restart, but base system reboot: HAOS or whatever you use.
