Deleting ghost Ring entities

I deleted the Ring integration, but I still have Ring entities related to a Ring Livestream device. I cannot delete them manually because the Delete option is grayed out. I installed Spook, but it does not see these ghosts. Is there any way to get rid of them? I rebooted several times.

I tried editing config/.storage/entity_registry and device_registry to remove all references to ring_livestream. That exercise eliminated entities for the cameras, but the other entities keep getting restored to entity_registry (and still appear in the list of entities).

I found Ring in Settings | Apps. There was an option to delete. The entities survived, but after a reboot they were all gone except for one in Integration “Update”. There is an entry in config/home-assistant_v2.db. No idea what to do about these.
