I’m considering which mini split to buy and I’m trying to mostly base that off of HA compatibility.
Della would bd an easy buy as it’s on Amazon.
I bought a Della 048 tl 9k1v 19 and integrated it. Pretty easy using the SmartLife app and Tuya HA integration. Just worked.

Update: The integration seems to have stopped working. Going to try removing the device and re-adding. Alas.

You can integrate via the Smart Life App … i personally was wondering if you can also have a local integration … does anyone know if the Della Heatpump has a Modbus interface ?
Tuya eXtend through HACS works for me for my Della Vario.
The Tuya app can also be used to pair just the same as the app and shows up fully for me there as well.

What control do you get/lose when using your method over the official della + app, im considering throwing out cheap garbage mini split my dad bough (innovair reccomend all to stay away from them, their support told me today their app is the “Ai Home App” fictitious app that does not exist and their using aeh-w4e1 modules which are no longer supported by any app) cant imagine something worst than tuya but ive met it and its ayla based systems.
Im wondering the same, but it needs just only basic controls (All Mode Settings Ect.) but advance things like geo fencing can be handled by ha
