Just wondering if anyone else has seen the smart Alexa controlled kitchen faucet made by delta and if it could integrated into HA or how hard it would be to intergrate.

Does it come with a voice controlled soap dispenser?
Not sure I understand the use case here.
Being able to turn on the tap by voice when my hands are covered in raw chicken or pork would be useful.
No only turn the tap on when you hands are covered in chicken but to take it further and ask for a specific measurement of water like 1cup or 100ml when your mid recipe and hands are covered in food. Save you washing hands then dirtying them again to name one useful use.
The description also details voice control to warm up so I would assume there is a temperature monitor in there as well so to be able to unlock that and restrict hot water during certain times ( if you have very young children) would be beneficial but I guess limited to those few of us who have young kids.
But looking to the future, this is about to rollout into shower faucet. I’m not sure if anyone else has to wait a couple of minutes at the shower door for hot water to come out but to intergrate this into HA and set a rule for a window of time, when I normally wake up, when motion detected on PIR in bathroom then start warm water. Or am I taking home automation to far.
Hi. I just got a delta smart faucet. Did you ever get this working?
Linking this Reddit thread I found that has some options for integration with the VoiceIQ model: https://www.reddit.com/r/homeassistant/comments/101lp3w/controlling_delta_voice_iq_faucet_from_ha/?onetap_auto=true&one_tap=true
In my case, I have the additional use case of wanting to know when the sink was turned on so I can force trigger a pressure pump that is not sensitive enough to the water pressure difference that this sink creates.
Looking for ways to tap into the solenoid Ethernet port directly, but just getting started, no progress so far.
