I posted this in an older topic (Denon avr not working after update) but not sure if its being seen due to age.
I am running a Marantz SR5007 amp which is still functinal in HA and has been for some time. I noticed that every 10 seconds in the logs this is happenning:

Getting renamed and deleted sources failed.
