I’m hopelessly trying to add my Denon Heos Home subwoofer. Every try i get the error in below printscreen.
I tried power cycle, full reset and adding code to configuration.yaml:

Every reboot from HA i get a notification of a new device discovered, Denon Home subwoofer.
You try Denon HEOS Integration, it’s what you use for a Denon Home Speakers
I already have the HEOS integration and when i try to add the sub through the HEOS integration i get following error:
Stupid questions:
Have you disabled it in the HA settings?
Do you have it paired to another speaker, i.e… the soundbar. The sub doesn’t show if its paired.
Lastly if it’s not paired to a speaker, then trying the good old fashion unplug.
Subwoofer is not disabled in HA if that is what you mean?
Subwoofer is paired with the soundbar. It’s the only way to add it to the HEOS app. So does this mean there is no way i can integrate it in HA? I would really love to set some volume levels for the sub while watching tv or when playing vinyl records for example. When playing vinyl records sub level must be set high and for tv sub level must be set lower.
I added my sub to the HEOS app on its own, but is useless until its paired to another speaker.
So it technically is in HA you just don’t see it and have no control of it because it’s just a slave to the master speaker its paired with in HA.
Since your running a Denon amp, then your situation may be different then mine. My Sub I have disabled in the devices/services menu because it’s just like all the “Right channel” speakers are slaves to the Left speaker in my setup because their always stereo paired.
Bummer…
To bad i can’t connect the sub to my Denon amp. It won’t allow it because it’s only compatible with other Denon Home speakers or the sound bar.
Not a very big issue but it would have been very handy to set the sub volume level… 
Yeah, Denon and HEOS Home speakers don’t get the same love as Sonos in HA, even though it’s a far superior product.
