Developer Tools Page not loading after 2025.9.2 update

Hi,
After loading the latest Core update (2025.9.2) and now 2025.9.3 the Developer page is not loading, throwing an error:

My system is running on a mini PC running PROXMOX 9.0.3 and details of Home assistant are:

I have rebooted HA using the PROXMOX interface without effect.

Any ideas on what has gone wrong and how to fix appreciated.

Did you try clearing your app / web browser cache?
