Developer Tools Stopped Working After 0.96.1 (Try #2) [SOLVED]

After updating from 0.95.4 to 0.96.1, I have a new option “developer_tools” - which displays a blank page when clicked - and the regular “Developer Tools” which also display a blank page when clicked.

Any idea why?

First thing to do with gui issues is to clear your browser cache, ctrl-f5 usually works for me.
