Device Control widgets always in Loading state. The only way to get them loaded is add some new widgets (but after 5mins the same problem come back).

I have an S24 Ultra and have had the same issue since I got my phone 1 year ago. Opening home assistant fixes it, but if I already open HA then I will just use that for turning on/off the lights.
I had an S22 before and device control never failed once.
Sounds like the app does not have proper background access. Check your device settings and make sure the app can run freely on the background. Also my comment above still applies is that didn’t work.

Same for me. Just upgraded to S25 and the device control sometimes sticks at loading. Switching between google home and home assistant instantly fixes this. Have also noticed the widget response time when a device changes is slow. If a bulb is turned on by another source, this takes ages to show in device control.
check the companion app logs there may be errors or delays on the server end
