Is possible to group devices in esphome web interface ?
(example for update only one group od devices, or group online/offline devices)
Not as far as I know.
But If you use update all it won’t be able to update the offline devices, it will just fail them and carry on to the next device.
Or you could move the yaml files you don’t want to update to a different folder then they will not be updated.

Have you played with style sheets and other parameters?
