Device location stopped updating

Don’t know where to start. I have 3 users and android phone + app. They worked fine, but now all the locations are stuck at 2 days ago. I did a core update but don’t see any other changes. On the HA dash I still see things like batt lvl, so it’s still connected.

Battery state changed to full

After more testing, I have found. The reason is that I can no longer access home assistant from outside my house

I’m really not sure why. And I guess the question is now. How can an update make h assistant not be available on the other side of the router?.

it doesnt try checking HA core logs for any errors, try restarting things like the server/router too.
