Device not selectable when making a blueprint based automation

Hi,
Today I got a (first) cube which I’d like to use in an automation. So I have a blueprint but when I create an automation, I can’t select the cube. It is paired correctly via MQTT.

Am I missing something?

Please show us the code for your blueprint.

@mebaddog2002 I used blueprints meant for ZHA and Deconz, both that I do not use. The blue print for use with MQTT works fine.

In the blueprint they are specifying a specific device type. It must be different then the device type of the cube. You will have to change it in the blueprint to be able to select it. You may also have to change some of the automation if the cube has different entities then what the blueprint is looking for.
