The title tells everything. Is it possible to get the device pictures of Zigbee2MQTT, that are already existing in Zigbee2MQTT, in Home Assistant? Would be lovely to not need to add a device picture in Home Assistant manually for every device.

Yep. It’s the comma. I meant the images are in Zigbee2MQTT. But not in Home Assistant. And I want them there too as entity pictures for example @Stiltjack
Ah, sorry abouit that. I was confused because the Z2M images do appear in my Home Assistant.
Are you using the Z2M add-on?
But your screenshot is of Z2M now, right?
Unfortunately, I cannot use any addons as I’m using Home Assistant in Docker and not supervised.
