Device Tracker (mobile phone) is no longer reporting changes. Shows as 'home' always

Hi HA community,

I have an automation to activate my alarm system (alarmo) when not home; detected by device_tracker location when I leave home radius. This has been working for some time well and the house has come to bank on it.

Problem is, it does not appear to be updating and reports me as home always for the past month.
I have looked at logs and cannot see anything that report an issue about it. In fact, the logbook shows both my wife and my device_tracker entity to have had no changes for over a month (i.e. home for the whole time).

Have both our phones on the latest android HA app, Core and Supervisor on the latest. Location permissions in the andriod app are set.
I cant seem to understand why it is behaving this way.

Is this happening to anyone else, or can someone provide me any further tips on where to investigate, im at a loss.

Appreciate any assistanance.

Have you followed the trouble shooting guide?

What device do you have?

The section “Device Tracker is not updating in Android app” fixed my problem!
Just had to add some sensors.

I follow this section but I am still unable to get the tracker working.
Other sensors work fine in the phone.
I am uploading the crash logs.

BTW: This is my second HA instance so I have to use AppClonner, dont know if this is affecting it.
