Device tracker - router asusWRT, nmap

Hi all.
Enabling in HA android app the geolocalization, HA permits me to add my smartphone as a device tracker.
Since I assign to every mobile a static (DHCP) IP address, I believe I can also add a “lan tracker”.
I search a way to interact with my router (Asus merlin WRT) and a way to interact with NMAP integration. Without founding a way because PERSON integration does not show any other tracker…

Should I prepare a dedicated yaml script ?
Could someone leave me an example ?

P.S.
I define 3 person in HA and I expect that PERSON integration definition are written in configuration yaml but it’s not the case. Where are PERSON information ?
