Device Tracker Speed Attribute - What Units?

What units is the Device_Tracker.Speed attribute in? In the screenshot below, you can see speed is listed at 35, but the device is currently going somewhere around 70-80 MPH on the highway.

It sounds like it’s in m/s.
35m/s is about 78 mph.
