Device Tracker: ziggo modems "Cisco EPC3928AD"

Hi All,

Ziggo wifi modems in The Netherlands have login page with connected clients that looks like the following.

There are no open APIs or SNMP available to track a presence of devices so I made the following script.

Thanks for the work. I came across this post trying to troubleshoot why my device tracking is not working.

I put your file in the "\hassbian\HOME ASSISTANT\custom_components\device_tracker " location, but when changing the config file as desribed it doesn’t show anything or create a “known_devices” file.

Anybody who could help out? much appreciated!
