Device Tracking works with wifi only -logs incuded

Raspberry Pi 4, Home Assistant Companion, Motorola g, Samsung 9s
Summary: I can track the cell phones when the cell on the wifi, but as soon at it is out of range (or wifi is turned off in the phone), tracking stops.

Is your home assistant server remotely accessible? The app needs a way to send data back home.
