Devices control with hand gesture using Leap Motion

One of the perks of being a Jedi is the ability to control stuffs using voice and hand gesture. Unfortunately, the force is weak here in planet Earth. While I can use my voice to control stuffs in my home via Echo, however the same cannot be said for my hands.

Recently I got myself a gizmo known as Leap Motion. It seems I can gain back some power of hand gesture with this. Maybe not lifting an X-Wing but controlling lights. Have a look at this young padawan…

Now I wish someone can integrate this with Home Assistant so that I can control any device not just Hue lights.

I voted, but only because I want to see a video of you using it to defeat the dark side…

I’ve also just bought one of these and would love to be able to use it to turn lights on and off and dim them.
