I have kind of a weird problem here. I am running Homematic IP using the Cloud, not a CCU (don’t ask, there are reasons ;-)). HA uses the HACS Homematic IP Integration.
I have app. 45 devices (Thermostats, Window Sensors, Remotes, Heating equipment, presence sensors) which are working just fine, within the Homematic app as well as within HA.
Recently I added a couple of new devices, and now two of them are shown as “not available” in HA for several hours each day. The 7 other new devices are totally fine, but not these two (a Window Sensor and a heating actuator). They disappear at the same moment, remain offline for some unspecific time and the return to being available at the same time as well. A reboot of HA does nothing, a reboot of the HM Gateway does neither. Seems they have their own will, when they are happy to work and when not to…
While they are unavailable in HA, they work perfectly fine within the Homematic App. Not a specific time of day, nor a specific duration. So the devices are definitely available as such, but not within HA. Any ideas what could cause this weird behavior?
I am using HA 2023.11.3 on an RPi 4 with SSD Storage, and a Homematic IP Gateway as a separate hardware device.
