Devices not becoming active after reboot

Good day everybody
Since upgrading to the 2024.1.5 Core, I have this issue where devices do not become active in the dashboard. I have had this problem with various hardware devices:

  1. Sonoff: Unless I open “eWeLink” on my phone and clicking on the device to communicate with it, the HA Dashboard shows it to be offline. It happens on various devices.
  2. ESP32: I had to HARD-CODE IP addresses to stop this from happening.
  3. DAHUA CCTV: Here I can actually click the stream in entities (It then opens the stream) and the moment I do that, it starts showing the video stream on the Dashboard.
  4. I have had the same problem with RaspberryPI devices.

Anyone out there with a similar experience? It did not happen in the pre 2024 releases.

Hi Troon, yes this is on a static environment, so every IP is hard-coded.
