Hey trying to test devolo home controll addon, and it ask credentials and also mydevolo url and Home control URL. What are these? I mean there is nothing on the documetation on them.
Same problem here, I do not understand what’s requested and am always getting “unknown error”
I actually figured it out.
Other one is just the url when you sign into mydevolo.com and click to your base station. I just copied that address. And if I am not mistaken, the other one is the local ip of your base station.
Thank you so much for replying. But I still can’t figure it out. I’m logging in to mydevolo.com and then select my home control and copy the URL but am still getting the same issue. What am I not doing right?
@TheMikaelT sorry I’m insisting but this is frustrating me so much. What URL are you referring to for your base station. because when I select my home control url as found here:
I’m either copying the link which includes my serial number, or copying the generic url (https://homecontrol.mydevolo.com/root/index.html) and none of those seem to work.
Or is it in the local url that I need to specify a port or so?

Holy s***, I just figured it out too! The first url is indeed simply https://www.mydevolo.com/
How the hell is this even a parameter?! It should be hardcoded.
Anyway, thank you for giving me the necessary hope to keep on trying
