I’m very interested in adding the Dexcom integration to my HA setup to be able to keep an eye on my daughter’s BG as well as hopefully implement some automation for alerts. The main thing I’m curious about is if people using the Dexcom app can log into multiple sources. For instance, if I use her credentials to set up the integration in HA, will that log her out of her Dexcom app or create other unforeseen issues? The main goal is to set up the Dexcom integration in HA and have her keep using her Dexcom app on her phone simultaneously. My assumption is that it will work since she obviously has to be logged in to her Dexcom app to continue to be able to read her sensor. But I just wanted to get feedback from those already using the integration. Thanks!
I have the Dexcom app on my iPhone and the HA integration using the same account (my main account). I do not have any issues with either and they both stay logged in. There’s also no issues caused for my follower.
