DHT11 sensor does sometimes not update for hours

First of all Hi everybody

i started this week building my home automation system using HA
and found out that my DHT11 does not update for hours sometimes and i was wondering if i can set a interval to update every 5 minutes or something i looked in the components section and in the python files but found nothing that could help me

i am hoping one of you guys knows what is wrong or knows how i can set the interval time

The DHT11 sensor is sat to update maximum every 30 second.

Do you see any error in the log?

Seems now like i lose a connection sometimes but not anything on the DHT11
Just restarted HA and looked before posting 5 minutes without updating nothing in the log
