As seen at attached screenshot, every 5 minutes (to the second) i see a spike in cpu usage. Every 0., 5., 10., 15., 20. etc minute of an hour.
I have turned off all addons and almost all integrations at this point.
No automations try to run every 5 minutes.
I cant see anything in logs.
According to Glances, spiking process is python3.
Please advise 
I am seeing the same thing, this is definitely new. Must be a recent update to HA that is causing this. It started for me on 4th December 2024 and I update fairly quickly once new images are released, so it’s probably a change/bug introduced in 2024.12.0.
The underlying process causing the CPU spike is:
