Dimmer and non-dimmable LED power supply

Hello,

I have some constant voltage LED power supply (GLSV-320 to be precise) powering some basic led strip.
It’s connected to my dumb in-wall switch. The same two gang switch is also connected to a normal light fixture with dimmable LED bulb.

I would like to put a Zigbee dimmer module behind for the light fixture. However, it is clear that the LED power supply I have does not support dimming, so I was wondering if it was possible to have one channel which would be a simple on/off relay and to be sure it the dimmer capabilities are blocked.
More important, is it dangerous to place this dimmable module before the led power supply which does not support dimming?

The only other solution that I could imagine is a simple switch without dimmer, and smart light bulbs with dimmable capabilities but the cost is not the same.

Now, assuming I would like to dim the led strip as well, I should put a dimmer AFTER the led driver I suppose. Is my understanding correct?

Thank you!
