I have a simple questing.
I’m using zigbee2mqtt as add-on.
When i push the knob on my dimmer, HA does not recognize it.
Why is the state change isn’t publshed?
Zigbee2mqtt don’t know nothing if i push the switch or dimmerknob…
Is it possible that the device is blocking this?
Anybody knows?
What dimmer (make model)?
Did it pair successfully?
Is it supported?
Hi Tom,
It is a Ecodim05 Zigbee dimmer and with some help i wrote a converter for it.
The dimmer is supported in that way and via the front end al of the functions are available and functional, but…there is no update in the frontend when i push the dimmer switch.
I think that i’m missing a bit in the extender from zigbee2mqtt.
It is a different model then the Ecodim05, wich is fully supported.
