Disable companion app access

The old phone of my daughte with complanion app installed and her user is now in use by her grandmother. Long story short I don’t have physical access to that phone, is there a way to block remotely that phone companion app to access my home assistant istance ?
I want to block the phone, not the user as my daughter is using that user on her new phone aswell.

I’m guessing the grandmother is using a new Google account on the phone. If not, you can log into the Google Playstore and remotely uninstall the app from that phone.

Otherwise, you could just change the HA password for your daughter which would render the grandmothers access to HA void.

There may be another way of achieving the goal, I’m not sure.

remove the device from HA, which will remove the access tokens etc… and will stop communication to the server.

Great, I removed the device from HA. Are you sure this will prevent that phone to access HA ?

Thank you !

yes it shouldve removed the tokens from that device and ask the user to login if they attempt to use it
