Discord notification settings modifying target channel ID after save

I have setup discord notifications to send notifications to channels I specify, the bot is registered and has permissions to send to the channel on my server.

However, the target channel ID does not match what I put in the settings.

It changes the channel ID from 1198682377992552601 to 1198682377992552700 on save

I do not know how to even figure out why that is changing

after days of trying to figure this out, still no idea why it overrides the value I input
