Display switch as water heater

Hello,

I have a couple of Sonoff Pow R2 smart relays that I use to turn on/off my dumb water heaters on a schedule/remotely. I use SonoffLAN and HomeKit (setup via UI) integrations. I would like the relays to be identified as Water Heater instead of Switch in HA and HomeKit.

How can I achieve this?

You would have to set the sonoff device up using mqtt. Then you could use this:
