I am struggling to understand or find on the net why it is not displaying dividers on my Dashboard but they are visible in the editor:
But then they will not appear in the dashboard:

Sorry, fixed by changing dashboard theme! Hopefully someone will find it useful 
The question is now, how to make these visible if I wanted to use the Theme?
