I’m going to use an ESPHome device in an environment where I expect the Wi-Fi connection to drop out frequently or be weak at times. Will this result in data loss or will the devices store the recorded data until the wifi connection is restored and then send everything (like MQTT)?
Nope it doesn’t cache data and even if it was doing it it would be useless as HA doesn’t allow to populate datas with delay
