ho un inverter hyd 6000-zss 1hp montato da zucchetti, che poi è svanita dopo il pagamento successivo al montaggio (azienda professionale), quindi adesso mi sto gestendo da solo l’inverter e le batterie con le cose che trovo su google.
sono il solo, o su questo forum c’è qualcun’altro nella mia stessa situazione?
ci sono alcuni punti poco chiari, forse qualcuno ha già trovato risposta?
il primo:
le batterie ufficiali fornite da zcs sono mera spazzatura (almeno per questo modello di inverter), quindi sto tentando di mettere altre batterie.
ovviamente il firmware dell’inverter è abbastanza stupido, quindi farò conto ad un bms esterno e l’inverter non avrà più lettura di batteria.
qualcuno ha già preso questa strada? qualche consiglio? cosa usate? come bms e batterie
sapete se c’è un bms che è compatibile con la comunicazione dell’inverter? sarebbe buono per fargli leggere lo stato, ma non è vitale.
il secondo punto:
sembra che l’inverter sia bloccato in una modalità di perenne on-grid, vorrei fosse intelligente e commutasse come i veri inverter tra corrente esterna e batteria, cioè, se la batteria è 100%, quale maledetto senso ha prendere 90% di corrente da fuori e 10% dalla batteria e farmi buttare soldi (cosa che dovrebbe evitare)
qualcuno ha lo stesso problema? come è collegato il vostro impianto? quale impostazioni avete settato nell’inverter?
al momento stacco la corrente da fuori e forzo l’inverter ad usare le batterie e poi riattacco per farle ricaricare.
chiaramente non è fattibile a lungo termine.
il terzo punto:
avete aggiornato alla versione 4xxx di febbraio/marzo?
è stata messa una nuova opzione in avanzate (la 11), ma ovviamente non c’è changelog nè docs su cosa sia.

first:
official zcs batteries are trash (at least for this specific model), so i’m trying to install my own.
inverter fw is not smart, so i’m going to use an external bms to read battery stats, and the inverter will know nothing about them at that point ofc.
any suggestion? are you using a specific battery and/or bms?
do you know of any bms that is compatible with this model so that it can communicate? would be cool, but not required
second:
on-grid mode seems to be a forced setting, no matter what, i was hoping for a smart inverter that is able to correctly switch between battery and external.
i mean, if battery is 100%, why the hell it uses 90% external, 10% battery (this is a waste of money, good/real inverters don’t do this)
anyone with the same problem? if no, can you share your setup? what settings are set in your inverter?
currently, i have to cut external current to force the correct behavior, i mean, use batteries when full and external when charging.
this is not a valid solution ofc
third:
anyone with an updated inverter? fw ver. 4xxx
a new option was added (11th), but no changelog or docs, as always.
if you know what it is, can you please explain?
