Docker watchdog found a problem showing in HA log

Hass.io is getting more unstable by the day and some days it runs fine without any issues.
The webinterface responds fast for a long time but after a while it is freezing randomly.
I found a few notes in the different topics on the forum about large databases. With that info I moved the database to a Synology NAS and looked fine. But… The issues came up again.
Then shortened the database to 3 days. Looked fine, but… again strange behavior happens.

This instance runs on a RPi3B+ with a Samsung 32G card. RFXtrx, USB to RS485 and a USB to serial converter for a DSMR.
Wired to ethernet and using a original RPi power adapter.

What could be the issue or can be a solution?

For a start, update to the latest home assistant.

The update is done.
Still error messages sometimes.

I found that the issue is the recorder.
When I open the logbook, the interface starts loading and never ends with a positive result. Only an error that the page could not be loaded.
I have shortened the recorder to 3 days but it looks like 800MB is still too much to handle for the Pi.

Does this help? Watchdog keeps restarting HASIO (while all seems fine)

I tried different things which not worked well.
With one of the last updates I have seen that the trusted networks have been changed. I moved the configuration over to the homeassistant: container in the configuration.yaml file.

I added the next lines:

auth_providers:

  • type: trusted_networks
    trusted_networks:
    • 127.0.0.1
    • ::1
    • 192.168.0.0/24
    • 172.16.0.0/12
    • fd00::/8

Now it is stable for around 2 weeks!

I have that annoying problem too. I keep constantly getting the following errors. I removed IP bans and login attempts threshold. ip_bans.yaml file is empty. During this error the UI is unresponsive and some switches are turning off.
