While browsing thru the forum’s badges I found a couple badges titled Certified & Licensed. The description states the badges are awarded after completion of the interactive new user tutorial and the interactive advance user tutorial.
I’ve googled these subjects but haven’t found a link as how to start them, anyone have the links?

It’s part of the discourse forum system. Talk to @discobot to start the new user tutorial, then once completed you can start the advanced one.
The badges have nothing to do with Home Assistant, only with how to use the forum’s software platform.
You can safely ignore everything about them.
