Does anyone use the Zillow Zestimate property value integration? Mine seems to have stopped updating and I'm wondering if anyone else is having this issue

I just got approved to use the API… It’s kind of a joke.

I originally put in a request about 2 months ago, and never heard back. So I put in another request 2 days ago. They got back to me today, and I had to fill out multiple questionnaires about how I will use the API. They approved my request and granted me access to the API… but the access expires in 6 months. No idea what you need to do after the access expires, but this hardly seems like it’s value added.

I’ll use the redfin integration mentioned early.

Totally random question, but do you live in Anchorage? Looked from your data feed that maybe you did? I am looking for some help with a project if you do.

Given Redfin HACS component is both broken and now removed from HACS perhaps it’s time to revive this thread and see if we can get access via Zillow and their new API(s)?

I hope you have better luck than I did back in January when I tried to get access to their API. This was their response when I filled out their form for access:

Thank you for getting back to me. This resource is really for commercial use cases by businesses. For personal, research, and academic projects, we provide the following metrics that have a looser Terms of Use, as far as storing and manipulating the data - https://www.zillow.com/research/data/. You can download metrics at several levels by region.

EDIT:
My suggestion would be to scrape either realtor.com or redfin.com with a decently long scan interval as zillow has some anti-scraping features that make it a PIA.
