Does it have to be a Catch-22 with the Aquara MFKZQ01LM Smart Cube?

If I want it to work in HA (Z2M), I need to set homeassistant: false in configuration.

If I set homeassistant: false then all Zigbee devices stop getting updated in HA (MQTT) after a system reboot (the devices in Z2M still get updated).

I’m I doing something wrong, or is this just a wall I’ve hit?

Is this a limitation of Z2M? Would I be better off moving to ZHA?
