I’ve been having trouble with Konnected as the siren won’t sound on alarm.
Speaking with their team they think I need the Alarmo integration.
I thought Konnected was a solid integration on its own?

The Konnected integration only integrates the Konnected sensors into the Home Assistant instance. The Konnected integration doesn’t have alarm logic built into it. Alarmo is a great option for adding the Alarm logic into the Home Assistant instance, with the ability to use all HA sensors, not just Konnected sensors.
Saying it another way…
When the Konnected entity in HA is “Triggered”, there is nothing Home Assistant or Konnected that says what Automation should run (i.e. turn on the siren). You have to build that automation in home Assistant. Alarmo provides a nice interface to put those sensors, states, triggers and alarms together.
