Dumb question maybe, but something I have not figured out from the documentation is does Snips have a built-in TTS service to use? Is it generated with-in the assistant.zip?
While trying to get Snips to work, I realized that the examples on both the Snips page and the TTS page refer to services that requirement API keys, like Amazon Polly and Google Translate.
