Hello i leave in france, before I used jeedom but slowly I switched to home assistant and despite the strength of jeedom, home assistant is far ahead of me. For automation, there is domogeek with an API and hosted by a Luxembourg company, this application is free and it allows us to create automations thanks to timetables, seasons, electric tariffs, school vacancy zone, etc. do not know python programming and wanted to know if someone could carry this project, thank you all.

Welcome ! I used Jeedom for 6 months and switch to HA two years ago, very happy of my choice 
I don’t know Domogeek but Im pretty sure you can do everything with HA.
I checked Domogeek, this is what you can replace with HA:
- All Holidays: Google calendar, which provide a holiday calendar
- weather, weather alerts : there is multiple integrations for that
- sun : native integration
- seasons: a very simple sensor to write
- EDF: there is the Linky integration
- public ip : https://www.tecmint.com/find-linux-server-public-ip-address/
