Good evening, I bought a Home Assistant Green device and a Sonoff Dongle MG24. I have already started Home Assistant and it works great. The only thing I can’t figure out is how to add Zigbee devices. I connected the MG24 dongle to the USB port of the HA Green and after completing the setup, it appears configured, but when I try to search for Zigbee devices, it stays in waiting mode for minutes without finding any devices. Can you help me? Thank you

Are you adding the device using the ZHA integration?
Another question: What device are you unable to add? Have you put the device into pairing mode?
