I have got the following,
Problem:
The doorbird integration within HomeAssistant works great, but just up until one month when it asks for reauthentication. Every month.
Which includes me having to re-enter both username and password. After which it works again for one month.
Some information about my configuration:
- Doorbird device: DoorBird D2102KV-V2A (Basically a end-user intercom system)
- HA Server: Home Assistant OS 2025.9.0 running on a Raspberry 5
- Both Server and Doorbird connected via ethernet through a FritzBox router.
The goal would be to have a stable connection that does not break every month.
I called with Doorbird already and they said it is probably an issue with my HomeAssistant setup. But I have deleted and reauthenticated the devices multiple times.
Seeing that the Doorbird Integration is used by hundreds of users, it probably really is a problem on my part. But I would not know where to start / where to look.
Any pointers are appreciated!
