Double call of broadlink.send with delay in switch template ignored

I have broadlink rm mini3 and use IR for power on/off projector. Power off have specific - you must press power button on pult twice (1st time to view something like “are you sure?”).
So, my implementation of it in 0.89.2 worked:

      projector_power:
      ...
        turn_on:
        ...
        turn_off:
          - service: broadlink.send
            data:
              host: 192.168.1.30
              packet:

          - delay:
              milliseconds: 500

              packet:

In 0.93.2 works only first service call… What’s wrong?
