I have several TP-Link Tapo devices (motion sensors, leak sensors, and climate sensors) in my place that are recognised by two integrations - the beta Matter server and the TP-Link Smart Home integration. This slightly messes with my “one true source” mindset, and feels untidy.
Is there a present recommendation as to what the community and technology recommends? With the increase in Matter-recognised devices, it feels like this might be the ideal place for them, but I defer to the wiser heads here as to what the right option would be.
I don’t feel like performance is compromised with either choice. I’m just keen to go with one.
