Doubt with shutdown host

Hello.

I have a query, when in HA I give “turn off Host”, does this turn off the system but also correctly turn off the HA operating system or should I first stop HA and then turn off the system? (It is for when you need to disconnect the electrical current to the raspberry)

You can just select ‘turn of host’, it shuts down HA OS first.

Its common for modern multithreaded operating systems to first send a close signal to programs and then after a certain time send a kill signal if it has not shutdown yet.
