Downgrade possible?

I did the upgrade this morning and have found some issues with my setup (Bluetooth not working, QNAP platform support not supported plus a Shelly device not working).
Is it possible to roll back to an earlier version and if Yes, how do I go about it?

I have:
Home Assistant 2023.6.0
Supervisor 2023.06.1
Operating System 10.2

Managed to fix the issue (with your help) so no plans to downgrade anymore.
